    • The client started the implementation of a business process optimization program, as a result of which the need arose to provide a tool supporting business and IT in the implementation and optimisation of newly implemented business processes. The tool should enable the implementation of changes on an ongoing basis, agile, regardless of the implementation cycle and release of existing IT systems.

      The analysis of the requirements resulted in the decision to implement the BPM platform with the DMN module and its integration with existing IT systems in the area of claims handling.

    • Finture provided a proprietary BPM class solution that enables the agile design of processes, decision rules, their versioning and integration with the client's domain systems.

      Thanks to integration with the client’s existing IT systems of the client, among others call center, claims handling and policy, as well as the functionality of the platform enabling integration thanks to the built-in universal connectors, process optimization takes place outside the legacy systems, which corresponds to the assumptions set for the project.
